Information provided in enquiries
Global Digital Identity Ltd receives and initially manages enquiry data as site operator. It may share the information with Global Digital Identity LLC, as domain owner, and with professional advisers and service providers only as necessary to assess, structure, document or complete a possible transaction, protect the process or meet legal obligations. Each entity is responsible for the processing purposes and means it determines.
We use your name, email address, organisation, current activity or planned business, role, country and message to assess and respond to your enquiry. Identification fields and the declaration of business or professional purpose are required for acquisition enquiries; organisation, role and country are optional for general enquiries. For offers and payment proposals, we also process the amounts, currency, conditions and payment schedule you submit. Do not include sensitive personal information.
Where you would personally be a party to an acquisition agreement, necessary steps you request before entering a contract rely on UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Correspondence with representatives, evaluation of business enquiries and negotiation rely on Article 6(1)(f): our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and assessing a proposed domain transaction. Handling legally required privacy requests relies on Article 6(1)(c).
Authorised personnel and providers supporting business correspondence or technical operation may process information as needed for those functions.
Personal data relating to acquisition enquiries and proposals that do not result in a transaction is normally retained for 24 months from the last substantive contact about that enquiry or proposal. At the end of that period, it must be deleted or anonymised.
Additional retention requires a specific, documented reason, such as an active negotiation, a legal or regulatory obligation, fraud prevention or investigation, a dispute or complaint, or a concrete need to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
Records must be reviewed at least annually, including before the 24-month period ends when information is no longer needed for a legitimate purpose. Personal data must not remain identifiable longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
This standard period does not automatically apply to completed transactions, contracts, tax records or other records subject to their own legal retention requirements.
Other general correspondence must be kept only as needed to answer and follow up on the enquiry. Privacy-request and complaint records must be limited to what is necessary to handle the matter, demonstrate compliance or address a specific dispute. Technical records must be limited to operational and security needs, taking account of any active incident. These categories do not automatically inherit the 24-month period.
We may use service providers to support certain operations. Where processing involves an international transfer subject to applicable data protection rules, we will adopt the legal mechanism and safeguards appropriate to that transfer. Information about applicable transfers and safeguards can be requested at contact@com.realestate.
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to contact@com.realestate.
For privacy questions or complaints, write to contact@com.realestate. You may also complain to the ICO, the UK's data protection authority.
This presentation does not evaluate buyers through automated decision-making or profiling. Commercial proposals are intended for review by an authorised person.
Enquiries are voluntary. Contact details and information relevant to your proposal are needed to respond; without them we may be unable to assess the enquiry. Optional fields are identified in the form.
Terms
.com.realestate is owned by Global Digital Identity LLC, Delaware file number 10809905. Global Digital Identity Ltd, company number 16339013, operates this website and manages enquiries. They are separate legal entities; neither may bind the other unless expressly authorised in writing.
The LLC’s role as domain owner and any obligations concerning title or transfer are governed only by definitive transaction documents. The Ltd’s role is limited to website operation, enquiry handling and transaction support; it does not independently promise a sale or transfer. Registries, registrars, escrow providers and other third parties remain responsible for their own services. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
The proposed acquisition concerns the domain name com.realestate and the ability to manage subdomains under it, subject to the applicable registration rules. It does not include the .realestate top-level domain, its registry or authority delegated by ICANN.
Websites, source code, images, content, data, software, trademarks and other materials are included only if expressly identified in the definitive acquisition agreement and the seller has the necessary rights to transfer them. Illustrative services are not an operating business included in the sale. The acquisition does not include property assets, a brokerage business or professional licences.
After completion, the buyer is responsible for domain renewal and any registrar, hosting and operating costs, as allocated in the agreement. The current renewal fee, renewal date and any transfer or service fees must be checked with the registrar and confirmed before signing. The acquisition price is not a lifetime renewal payment.
Before any payment or transfer, the parties must verify domain ownership, the authority of their representatives and the applicable registration and transfer requirements, and agree in writing on price, currency, fees, payment, transfer and completion conditions. Independent escrow may be considered by agreement; no provider is appointed by this website. For instalments, the agreement must define who holds and controls the domain during payment and when it transfers. These website terms do not replace the definitive acquisition agreement.
Acquisition is intended for business or professional use, including starting a new business. You may enquire independently or on behalf of an organisation; you do not need an existing company or current activity in this sector.
A purpose declaration records the stated intention; it does not determine legal status or waive rights. Each transaction remains subject to applicable law and any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Submitting an enquiry does not reserve the domain or create an obligation to conclude a transaction. Receipt of an enquiry is not acceptance of an offer.
No search ranking, AI citation, traffic, revenue or investment result is guaranteed by a domain name. Developing and operating services requires independent work and compliance with applicable rules.
